We set up a time and place that works for you.  I ask a few questions that tell me about you and what you really want.  We look at a few things and make a decision on a base design.  A deposit is required at the time of order and applied toward the price when you are satisified with the final product.  Imported gemstones may require longer arrival time, thus delaying the review appointment for the design.  If you are not satisfied, the estimate is adjusted and a revised review appointment is set.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed or your full refund!  I realize how tremendously important this is to you.  You have every right to want the best quality and service!
