Our wedding planning experience really was not all that we hoped for. If you want a wedding planner to be the primary decision maker in designing your wedding, you may find this vendor a better fit than we did. Before signing a contract with this vendor, we would strongly suggest the following: 1. Make sure your view of the wedding planner role aligns with hers. We had difficulty clarifying her role, which we saw as limited to what was required by our venue. Ultimately we found it necessary to hire other people to complete tasks that we expected this vendor to accomplish. 2. Read your contract very carefully. The price we were quoted didn't reflect "up charges" in the contract that were clearly going to apply. This vendor's standard contract states that if the agreement is cancelled, regardless of cause, you pay the full amount. You may want to negotiate a more equitable arrangement before signing.

Diane with Eventful Happenings was our day of coordinator and assisted us with our wedding planning. She did a fantastic job and really made me feel at ease on the big day! She is very responsive and listened to all of my concerns. Diane thought of everything including solutions for issues that may happen. Some situations I never would have thought of. Another big advantage was my mom could spend the day with me and enjoy the moment instead of running around making sure everything was ready. I highly recommend Eventful Happenings for your wedding day.

Eventful Happenings was great! They kept us on track and helped us host/have a beautiful wedding day! If I could go back and change anything about our wedding day, I wouldn't! Everything was perfect!

She did a great job helping me get my weding together. She attended the food tasting with me and my husband. She helped me with my dress and flowers and photographer. She would pick three choices out for me and then we would meet with them and decide from there.

Diane was very helpful from the start, took me in like I was her daughter and made me feel very comfortable.
