Mens warehouse was better than the other places we looked. They were easy to work with once we got a sales associate to work with us. We got the deal for money towards a suit with the rental of 5 suits, which worked great for us since we had planned on buying my husbands suit. When we were looking for a shirt though, they sold us the wrong size!! Luckily, my husband's best friend had a dress shift that perfectly matched the day of the wedding! Overall, the were good.

I think, by far, was the worse part of my wedding experience. We reserved a tux for my husband and they said to pick up the Thursday before the Saturday wedding. So we come to try on the tux. It needed alterations. No biggie. The clerk said to come back on Friday and they will have all the alterations done. So husband returns the next day to pick it up.....NO tux. They gave it to another guy!!!!! According to my husband, they waited for 1.5 hours while the clerks wandered aimlessly amongst other grooms in complete chaos. They were not checking off tuxes as they were being picked up, when the guys were trying on the pants, they would move the rest of the outfit onto a completely different rack, suspenders were all over the place along with ties, etc. Utter chaos and disorganization. So after getting remeasured AGAIN for the 5th time since reserving for a tux 4 months prior, they said to come BACK the MORNiNG OF THE WEDDING to pick up a tux that will be fedexed overnight. Luckily, when husband returned AGAIN the morning of the wedding, his tux was there. What a mess. I will NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! THe only brownie points this buisness gets is that they refunded the cost of the rental for the tux.

The guys looked great! The tuxes were pretty expensive, though. They charged us as much for the ring barer (who's three) as for the groomsmen.

I didn't have any problems with Men's Warehouse until my WEDDING DAY!!!.. My husbands Tux was never altered and still had the white lines on it showing where the corrections needed to be made.

We were very disappointed in working with Men's Warehouse. We had five tux rentals and when we went two days before the wedding to pick them up we found that 4 out of the 5 had problems. The pants were to short on two of them, jacket sleeves to short, dress shirt to small. They did fix a couple of them right there in the store but two had to return the next day to pick up replacement items. Not what I wanted to be doing the day before the wedding.

Mens Warehouse is the worst place to get a tux. They are not flexible are not willing to work with you. My wife didn't like how it was fitting and they told her, "tough that is the way it is."On our wedding day, the quality was so bad that buttons were flying off as the groomsman were putting on their jackets. One of the groomsman's tux was so baggy because the sales associate wouldn't even let him try it on - he just gave it to him and left. Our sales associate just walked away during the final fitting and started flirting with another sales associate. The only good thing is that it was cheap since my tux was free, but cost isn't everything!

Everything was fine. I just like GREAT service when I walk in somwhere and the first impression from the first employee we dealt with was as if we were disturbing him by coming in. However the guys all looked great without breaking the bank. We only used them because of the discounts through David's Bridal.

Men's Warehouse is good if you have groomsmen/family all over the country that need tuxes.
