Stonebrook Manor

Our event was not a wedding but rather a promotional event for Dill Pickle Love Ministries, a non-profit in Colorado. This was not the first time we selected Stonebrook Manor; my wife and I also had our wedding reception there in 2010. Stonebrook did such a stellar job for our wedding reception, we did not even consider going anywhere else for the ministry event. As far as the rating scale is concerned, a score of 5 is inadequate: 100+ would be more appropriate. The venue is fresh, clean, attractive, and well-maintained inside and out. The staff is a complete joy to work with. Service is beyond excellent. Food is a culinary delight, presented well, with lots of options to tailor your event to your liking. Pricing? Well, let's just say if it weren't a good value, we would not have been able to have either event there. If you are looking for a venue of beauty and excellence in the Denver area, save yourself the frustration and disappointment of visiting the dozens of options, and just go to Stonebrook Manor first. Then, my suggestion is, not to bother looking any further.

They were great. Someone was always willing and able to help. The price was very reasonable and the food was great. Didn't taste like "wedding food"

My husband and I were blown away with the quality of service and value we received from Stonebrook Manor. Stonebrook completely worked within our budget and every question asked was answered promtly and in a very professional manner. We received so many compliments about how smooth everything ran. A few people even told us that they had never been to a wedding without any hiccups and we literally did not have one! I can only speak for myself, but I was definitely worried something would happen not according to plan on my wedding day. Stonebrook made sure that did not happen! Our captain was awesome and our cake was amazing! The pastry chef, Marla, made our cake exactly the way I had envisioned it! We only booked the officiant through this venue and we were absolutely pleased with our choice. I am extremely happy we chose Stonebrook as our venue; our wedding day was perfect!

Stonebrook was absolutely AMAZING! They made my dream wedding come true! Their venue was perfect and the food was delicious! So was the chocolate fountain we had! Their staff person who was in charge for the night was great! Any little concern I had she took care of it right away! I am so glad I chose Stonebrook as the place for my wedding and reception. It was PERFECT!

Stonebrook Manor was great! The area of our ceremony was beautiful and we were with plenty of time for our reception. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. They provided all of the tables, chairs, table cloths, plates, etc. Also we catered and had our cake done through them. The food and service were really good and made our wedding go smoothly. Both my husband and I, and both of our families were very pleased with Stonebrook.

Stone Brook Manor was hands down the best at what they do. They make sure you have exactly what you need when you need it. I am in the military and being in boot camp and training we had to change my date 3 times, and they worked around my schedule to accomidate my needs. They made it stress free and even had a package to take care of everything else. They were all very professional and willing to help you no matter who you asked everbody was all on the same page. Go with the photographer and DJ service they recommend. The food was amazing and full of flavor. The decorations and table settings were above and beyond our exspectaions.

Stonebrook was an amazing value. I got the professionalism and beauty I dreamed about 100% within my budget. The staff were so friendly and nice. If I ever had a question or concern it got taken care of immediately. I was completely at ease on my wedding day knowing they would take care of everything.

Stonebrook Manor was literally a DREAM COME TRUE! I planned my wedding from NYC in 3 months, and they made it not only happen, but made it more than I could have imagined! There isnt a SINGLE complaint I have. The staff are so friendly and personable, they are flexible in providing whatever you want, the prices are extremely competitive, the food was amazing, the vendors could not be better! (I got the DeeJay, officiant, and photographer - the florist was the only one I didnt care for). Whenever I had an issue they always worked with me, and the event went so flawless! I got a ridiculous amount of comments saying how beautiful it was! I may be a little biased, however, this truly was the best wedding I have ever been to. I honestly honestly say they have perfected the art of weddings! You should ABSOLUTELY plan yours here! I had the wedding of a lifetime.

This place iw awesome. The facility and landscaping are unbelieveable. It is impossible to describe the beauty of the flowers and waterfalls, in addition to the ponds. The staff was excellent to work with and once we were there, they ran the whole show. My daughter was very happy with the service, and the elegance of the faciility. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful wedding experience at Stonebrook. The food was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the garden was beautiful. They also provided our cake from their personal chef and she did an amazing job. Exactly what we wanted! We had an amazing night and would recommend Stonebrook to everyone!.

This was the 6th and last wedding venue I visited in Colorado. It is SO perfect for weddings. Stonebrook Manor (SM) has truly thought of everything for you! Getting ready: The bride's getting ready room is huge and gorgeous and has a private bathroom and a beautiful mirror. Plenty of room for my 4 bridesmaids and mothers. The groom's room is smaller but still equipped with couches and was perfect for the boys hanging out. Ceremony: We were married in the east garden in front of the beautiful marble gazebo. We went with the east garden for our 7pm July wedding for a few reasons: 1. so that it would be in the shade so people didn't melt 2. it was the later start (west garden = 6:30 ceremony start) 3. the covered pavillion is right there and can be used for the ceremony in case of rain. The ceremony setting was beautiful and we only decorated outside a little bit with bows running down the chairs adjacent to the aisles and with a big centerpiece that sat on the table in the gazebo. We used the SM recommended DJ company (Complete Music) for the ceremony and reception. They played our wedding music over a quality sound system with speakers. Our officiant was mic'ed with a lapel mic and our readers had a cordless handheld. The sound was perfect. Reception: Right after my husband (!) and I recessed from the ceremony our SM captain handed us two glasses of ice water, our selected passed appetizers and asked us for a drink order. We took photos and got ready to make our grand entrance into the reception ballroom. This is one of SM's greatest features: The ballroom has a grand staircase down whihc the wedding party is announced into the reception and there is a secret staircase you go up so no one sees you. This was really special to see our reception hall decorated beautifully and full of our friends and family. We went straight into our first dance. The dance floor is to one side of the ballroom which I thought encouraged people ot dance rather than being in the middle of the room. After the first dance we were escorted to the dinner buffet line (they also have a plated dinner option) by the captain who served the food onto my and my husband's plates. The buffet room and the bar are connected to the ballroom and they have doors that go outside to the patio and ceremony area. The food was really great! We selected roast beef, chicken, garlic potatoes, green beans, green salad, fruit salad and rolls. We already had a baker in mind for our cake, but the SM package we selected included a cake. Instead of us just forfitting the SM cake, the pastry chef there created individual cheesecakes in martini glasses and individual choclate cream pies. We had these desserts out with dinner so people didn't have to wait for somethign sweet for cake. They were beautiful and amazingly delicious! Champagne toast was also included with our package. We did a host bar where we paid a set $ amount to alcohol and that ended up being cheaper than paying for the open bar included in their highest package. Things I was worried about: The east garden has a main street near by but I never heard any traffic. There are usually 2 weddings at the same time unless your guest list is big enough to have the whole grand ballroom. I never heard the other wedding party's music/DJ. At times you are in the lobby (which has a fireplace, piano, beautiful mirros!) together. 20% service charge (which they say is NOT tip) set us over budget but the price at SM was still the best.

We were very happy with how things turned out. The facility was beautiful. The staff was amazing.

Stonebrook Manor was the perfect spot for our outdoor garden wedding. We booked a year in advanced to take advantage of the great deals they were offering, which included special pricing for the officiant, florist, and photographer. Along with the special included vendors, Stonebrook provided an excellent venue with courteous and helpful staff. The food was excellent as was the cake -- all of which we didn't even do a tasting for. Their wedding packages truly make planning a wedding much less stressful than having to find separate vendors for everything. The wedding was absolutely marvelous and everyone had a great time! I highly recommend Stonebrook Manor for your wedding.

Stonebrook was awesome!! They made the details of the ceremony and reception a seamless process. The location is so beautiful and well maintained. They have options for locations of the ceremony and the reception rooms are wonderful. They really made my special day awesome!!!!

We had our wedding here on May 13, 2010. What can I say about Stonebrook Manor to express how wonderful everything is! I could use words like beautiful, elegant, dream come true, fantastic, out of this world. Put these all together and you have Stonebrook Manor. From the building and gardens to the staff and food, it was incredible! The weather was cool and cloudy with some rain, but the outdoor pavilion solved that problem and the wedding was still held outside by a beautiful water fall. The staff was attentive and helped take care of the little details that you forget. The cake was made to order and was delicious as well as beautiful! We used the DJ, Florist and Photographer, we were so happy with our choice! If you are planning a wedding, do yourself a favor and do it at Stonebrook Manor! We got married at Stonebrook Manor on May 13th 2010. It was the perfect wedding. The gardens were so beautiful, regardless of the less than perfect weather. We were able to have the ceremony outside in one of the outdoor covered pavillion. It was beautiful with the white chairs, and lights hung in the top. The ballroom where we had the reception was set up absolutely perfect! we had about 150 guests, so there were a lot of tables and everyone was perfect. The food tasted amazing! I would highly recomment the veggie lasagna and stuffed artichokes for passed appetizers. Marla, is the cake desgner there and she does an amazing job! our cake was so moist and delicious and the actual decor on the cake was exatly what we wanted! Not to mention the staff that served the reception was very attentive and quick with everything. They cleared plates, brough refills and whatever I needed, especially since i was the bride. On a side note, the venue uses some preferred vendors. Michael baker from inlightphotography was our photographer, and he did an absolute amazing job on all 1600 of our picture! Every single one is perfect!! Plus he gaveus the rights to all of them so we can print them ourselves! Our DJ was Marc Macdonald from Complete music and he also did a fabulous job keeping the party going all night long! The dance floor was packed until it was time to leave! I would definitely recomment stonebrook manor to ANYONE looking for a beautiful, affordable, and high quality place to have your wedding!!

I cannot fully express how happy I was with my wedding and reception at Stonebrook. I was completely overwhelmed with the gardens, great food and wonderfull staff. The price was extremely competitive! I honestly wish I could do more to promote this venue besides a simple review. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my wedding at Stonebrook.

They were great! Food was tasty! They even put up with us when we decided the day of our wedding to move our ceremony inside since it was too hot outside!

My wedding took place in June and I wanted a place that would look classy and not need many decorations. I found the Stonebrook on my quest for a facility that would do everything for me. I just didn't want all the hassle or a headache, I wanted it to be perfect (as any Bride would) but I didn't want to have to spend a lot of time on the project. Thank you to the Stonebrook! They took care of everything for me. They recommended a wonderful Officiant who did our ceremony perfectly. A photographer who took so many wonderful pictures I had to narrow down my favorites to about a hundred of the thousand that he took...the great thing here is we received the rights to all of our pictures! From there they had a wonderful catering staff and the food just melted in your mouth...oh and one can't forget the cake...AMAZING so beautiful I didn't want to cut into it. The facility itself we used for our ceremony as well as the reception. The ceremony site was so beautiful, under this marble structure surrounded by grounds covered in flowers (cut down on flower costs!). And the reception site itself didn't need any decorations, it was so beautiful. Overall I don't think we could have done any better than what we received. I had my perfect night and I would happily recommend the Stonebrook Manor to EVERYONE!

I highly reccommend the Stonebrook Manor. They were prompt, helpful, curteous and wanted to be sure that the Bride was the center of everything. The convenience and ease of having the catering and cake done in house was priceless, and the food was delicious! I can not say enough great things about this venue!
