We really wanted a live band for our wedding, but had no idea how we would afford it with our budget. We were so happy to find Velvet Rut, who were not only reasonably priced but played a variety of cover songs from the 70's, 80's, and 90's that our guests loved. They were great at "reading the mood" and playing songs that kept the crowd dancing. In the months leading up to the wedding they were very responsive to requests, super professional, and were willing to learn a new song for our first dance (which turned out great!) I would highly recommend Velvet Rut.
